While a therapist is trained to help you process your past and diagnose clinical conditions, a Resilience Mentor is your strategic partner for the here and now. I am the bridge between the medical advice you’ve been given and the life you actually want to lead.
As your Resilience Mentor, I focus on three things:
- Reclaiming Ownership: We move from the feeling that "life is happening to me" to the reality that you are making the choices. Even when your symptoms are loud, you still own the steering wheel.
